Between the occasions of 'Saw' and 'Saw II', a wiped out and frantic John Kramer goes to Mexico for a dangerous and exploratory operation with at least some expectations of a supernatural occurrence solution for his disease, just to find the whole situation is a trick to cheat the most helpless. Furnished with a recently discovered reason, the notorious chronic executioner gets back to his work, reversing the situation on the cheats in his mark instinctive way through naughty, unhinged, and clever snares.
